Josh Todd is a Panama City Beach native and a 1600-ton licensed professional mariner with over twenty years of experience in the maritime industry. His career working in tug and barge oil transportation, combined with strong onboard leadership and crew training shaped a practical, real-world approach to safety that goes far beyond classroom theory. As a Sea School Maritime Safety Instructor, Josh has trained mariners entering and advancing in the industry, reinforcing the importance of preparation, awareness and decisive actions in critical moments.
